When your school is entitled to order replacement laptops the 'Confirm Order' page on the ordering web site will display the following options:
This order is for newly Eligible staff
This option is for laptop orders for eligible staff who do not already have a laptop. Your school is entitled to the maximum number displayed in the New Laptop Entitlement box on the ordering web site. The lease date for the order will commence seven days after the order is placed.
This order is to replace items on expiring lease(s):
This option is for new laptops that your school is ordering to replace old laptops on expiring leases. If you have more than one lease expiring, you will need to select which lease you are ordering replacement laptops for. The order for replacement laptops can be no more than the number of laptops on the expiring lease you select. The lease start date for the order will commence the day after the expiring lease ends. This prevents the school from having to pay for two concurrent leases as one lease expires and the new one begins.
What happens if I place an order for fewer laptops than were on the expiring lease I have selected to replace?
Each expiring lease can be replaced by one replacement laptop order only. When an expiring lease is replaced, the school's entitlement for new laptops under that expiring lease becomes zero, even if you were entitled to replace more laptops than you ordered.
This means you can not place two orders to replace a single expiring lease.
However when an expiring lease has passed its expiration date any unclaimed laptops your school was entitled to replace are added to the number of new laptops the school is entitled to order.

If a school is over their loaded entitlement it will only show the difference remaining. If all teachers are eligible then enter the names when prompted and the order will go through.
