Brand

Each of the brands selected for the TELA Classroom Projectors scheme offer the capability to supply and maintain the projectors they sell and are first-tier vendors. Each of the projectors selected meet the scheme's performance and quality requirements. This allows schools to select their choice of models available through the scheme on the basis of the specifications and features they need.

DLP vs LCD?

DLP and LCD are two key technologies used for creating the images projected by data and video projectors. In classroom environments where there is ambient light we recommend LCD projectors be used. This is due to LCD's excellent colour brightness and saturation in typical classroom conditions. All current TELA Projectors use LCD technology.
