===Why are deliveries not made during the holidays?===
In the past the scheme has experienced numerous losses through courier issues during the holidays.  Many couriers will not provide a day or time for delivery and some refuse to deliver to schools during the holidays at all.{br}
Generally these couriers are independent and do not contract directly to the TELA scheme.{br}
From July 1 2009 the TELA Scheme may be able to ship the laptops to selected areas on a case by case basis.  To find out whether your school may be able to receive a delivery during the holiday period, please contact the TELA Helpdesk ([Contacts|Contacts]).
